Description

This course provides the student with Principles of 1V Therapy and pharmacology. Principles covered in the course include the
administration of medication, administration of IV fluids, and administration of TV medications included in the scope of practice for the practical nurse. The extended role of [TV Therapy included in this course is in accordance with the Mississippi Nursing Practice Law and Administrative Code
(4 sch: 3 hr. lecture, 2 hr. lab)
